Tour Setting – > Tour Extra
The Tour Extras feature allows you to add additional services or items to your tours that are not included in the standard package. This can include things like meals, activities, or other optional add-ons that customers can choose to include in their booking.
You may offer these extras for free, or opt to charge your customers for them.
It’s a pro feature, allowing you to create repeatable, duplicatable, and sortable fields. You can add an unlimited number of tour extra services to enhance your tour packages and provide more options to your customers.
Add Extra Services Available on Your Tour
Title
Enter the name of the service you want to provide in the text field. For example, it could be a dinner package or a city tour. So, you can enter “Dinner” or “City Tour” as the title.
Description
In the text field, you can provide details about the extra service, including what it includes and any important information customers should know. This could be something simple like “Dinner available for extra service” or more detailed.
Pricing Rule
Select the pricing rule that applies to the extra service. There are three options available for you.
- Fixed: The extra service has a fixed price regardless of the number of people or quantity.
- Per Person: The price of the extra service is calculated per person.
- Choose Quantity: The customer can choose the quantity of the extra service they want to add.
Pricing
Enter the price of the extra service according to the selected pricing rule.
For example, If the pricing rule is “Fixed” and the price is $15, each customer will pay $15 for the extra service.
If the pricing rule is “Per Person” and the price is $10, each person in the booking will pay $10 for the extra service.
If the pricing rule is “Choose Quantity” and the price is $20, the customer can choose the quantity of the extra service they want to add, with each unit costing $20.
