You can add and customize protection plans for your car rentals to offer coverage for damage, theft, or accidents, enhancing customer security with tailored protection options during booking.
Protection Plan Settings
Do you want to show the Protection Plan on the front end?
Enabling this option will display protection plans for users to choose from.
- Section Title: Enter a title for this section.
- Protection Plan Description: Add a description explaining the protection plan options.
Add Protection Plans
After filling in the details, click Add Protection Plan. This opens a repeater with extra fields:
- Plan Title: Enter the name of the plan.
- Description: Provide a description of the protection plan.
- Plan Pricing Rule: Set the pricing rule, similar to those we discussed earlier.
- Plan Price: Enter the base price for the plan, which will adjust automatically according to the pricing rules.

Here’s the front-end view of the protection plan. A popup will appear once you fill out the booking form and click the Book Now button.
Below the Protection Settings, there’s another section called Pickup and Dropoff Instructions.

Enabling this option will display the pickup and drop-off section on the front end.
Instructions Content
Add any instructions you’d like users to see. This content will display as a popup on the front end.
