The pricing is one of the most crucial settings in our system. It’s important to understand and fill out the pricing settings carefully to ensure your business runs efficiently.
Pricing Settings
Base Pricing Rule
The first option is the Base Pricing Rule, where you can select either a Per Day or Per Hour pricing rule. These options are straightforward: “Per Day” applies pricing based on the number of booking days, while “Per Hour” applies to hourly bookings.
Base Pricing
Here, enter the base pricing amount. This amount will serve as the default price for your custom pricing plans, which we’ll discuss shortly.
Custom Pricing (Pro)
If you want to create custom pricing based on a specific day or hour count, you can set it up here. When you click Add New Rule, additional options will appear, allowing you to configure your custom pricing rules.
After enabling the Custom Pricing option, you’ll see a selection field with two options:
Setup Custom Pricing
Package Pricing
This option is ideal if you want a pricing plan based on time or day calculations. For example, if you’d like to offer a package priced at $500 for a rental period of 1 to 8 days, you can set it up using this option.
Package Pricing Rules
Click on Add New Rules to open a repeater field with additional options. Let’s examine each point in detail:
- Title: Enter a title for your pricing rule. This is for reference only and won’t appear on the front end.
- Condition: Set conditions similar to the standard pricing rules.
- Price: Specify the per-day price for this custom pricing rule. This price will also automatically apply to any cancellation plans. Also, it will be calculated based on time period. For example, you would add 62.5 based on the above-mentioned example.
- From: Enter the starting day for the package. For example, you would enter 1 here based on the example above.
- To: Enter the ending day for the package. Following the example, you would enter 8 in this field.

After “Package Pricing” there is another option called “Price By Date” let’s talk about it.
Price By Date
With this option, you can set special pricing for specific date ranges, making it easy to manage seasonal rates or promotions. When a booking falls within these dates, the price will follow your custom package. If it’s outside those dates, the base price will apply. For example, let’s say you want to offer a package at $500 for any bookings between 12/12/2024 and 17/12/2024.
Here’s how you’d set it up:
Price By Date Rules
Click Add New Rules to get started. You’ll see a few options:
- Start Date: Choose the beginning date for your package. In this case, you’d put 12/12/2024.
- End Date: Set the end date here—following our example, you’d enter 17/12/2024.
- Price: Enter the daily rate for this package. This amount will apply for each day within the date range. For instance, if you want $100 per day, you’d set 100 USD here.

And here’s the frontend,
Discount Type
In this option, you can select a discount type for the user. Three options are available: None, Percent, and Fixed.
Percent
If you choose Percent as the discount type, an option called Discount Price will appear. Here, specify the percentage discount you’d like to offer, which will be automatically applied to the total.
Fixed
If you choose Fixed as the discount type, you’ll also see a Discount Price field, where you can enter a fixed discount amount. This amount will be deducted from the base price. For example, if the price is $100, and you set a fixed discount of $20, the price shown on the front end will be $80.

Inventory Management
Number of cars available for rent
This setting helps with inventory management. Our Tourfic plugin automatically manages your car rental inventory, so you don’t have to worry about it. Just enter the number of cars you have available for rent.
Deposit
Enable Deposit (Pro)
This option allows you to offer a deposit or partial payment for your service. If you enable this, an additional option called Deposit Type will appear. The Deposit Type and Deposit Price work similarly to the discount functionality.
If you select Percent/Fixed as your deposit type, users can pay the specified percentage/Fixed amount as a deposit when booking, with the remaining balance to be paid offline.
