To give you more control and flexibility, we’ve introduced the PDF Generate Pro addon. This upgraded version builds on the free addon, adding enhanced customization options, advanced features, and greater flexibility to tailor your PDFs exactly the way you need them.

How to use PDF Generate Pro addon to enhance your form PDF generation?
Prerequisites
- The PDF Generate Pro is a pro Add-on of the Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 plugin. Ensure you have a valid license and the pro plugin activated. If you don’t have one yet, you can get one from here.
- Ensure you’ve updated the Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 Plugin to version 3.5.1 or higher and the Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 Pro plugin to version 1.8.1 or higher.
- Ensure that the PDF Generate (Free) addon is enabled from the addon list. The PDF Generate addon is required for the PDF Generator Pro addon. Without it, the PDF Generator Pro addon will not function properly.
Step 1: Turn on the addon from addon list
To use the PDF Generate Add-on, you first need to enable it from the add-on list. Navigate to Ultimate Addons > All Addons, locate the add-on, and toggle the button to turn it on.
Step 2: The Enhanced Features of PDF Generate Pro
After enabling the PDF Generate Pro addon, it’s time to configure it for your form.
First, navigate to Ultimate Addons > All Forms from your WordPress dashboard. Find the form where you want to enable PDF generation and click Edit. Once inside the form editor, go to the Ultimate Addons Options panel and select PDF Generator.
Once you’ve navigated to the PDF Generate options, the first step is to toggle the Enable PDF Generator button on. This activates the PDF generation functionality for your form.
Most of the options in this section are similar to those available in the free version. If you need a detailed guide on the free features, you can find the documentation here.
The key Pro feature in this add-on is the Enable PDF Form Download option. Turning this on allows users to generate and download a PDF immediately after filling out your form. This makes it easier for them to save a copy of their submission or receive a downloadable PDF instantly.
Now that we’ve enabled the PDF Form Download option, let’s take a look at how it works on the frontend.
When a user fills out your form and submits it, the system will automatically generate a PDF version of their submission. Depending on your settings, the user will either get a download link immediately after submission or receive the PDF via email.
