UACF7 has offered features like integration with WhatsApp for a while. Adding to its list of conveniences, we’re introducing integration with Telegram for all your Contact forms.
On the user side of things, the IP Geolocation will now dynamically list elements like state or city depending on a user’s country, along with some other revamps. Let’s take a peek at everything!

Get all Your Form Submission Details on Telegram
Being able to forward form submissions to other services is incredibly helpful. If users don’t have the technical skills or merely want the convenience — this is a must-have feature. In this update, we’re introducing Telegram integration for pro and free users alike!
Once you update the Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 plugin, you should now find a Telegram toggle in the settings. Using this feature requires you to create and configure a Telegram bot. You can find the directions for that in the documentation section.
Once the token and chat ID have been configured, Themefic will begin forwarding the form submission data to the bot you’ve created. Like forwarding the form data to any other service, you can configure the format of the messages using the tags as well!

IP Geolocation: Dynamic Updates for States and Cities and Updated Location Permission Settings
Another exciting feature to enhance the user experience comes with the IP Geolocation plugin. Previous iterations of this plugin enabled you to automatically select a country based on the user’s IP address. Now, we’re taking it up a notch.
Once you enable the Dynamic Selection feature from a specific form’s settings, it will automatically select the city and state. For instance, even if a user selected a state, the city had to be manually figured out. Now, it’ll automatically show the options within that state.
Note: these are hierarchical elements, meaning you have to enable the parent to allow the child to be dynamically available. For instance, you have to enable Dynamic Selection for the Country field so that the State field is dynamically available, and so on.
Additionally, IP Geolocation will now ask for the user’s permission before it tries to access their IP address and its location. This acts as a privacy barrier, and users now have more control over whether a form can access their location info.
