If you do not agree with these terms, you must leave this site immediately, refrain from using any materials or products available here, and avoid making any purchases. Themefic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Themefic be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, data loss or profit loss, arising from the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if Themefic or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any associated costs.

2. License

All of our WordPress themes and plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. Redistribution or resale, modified or unmodified, is strongly discouraged. The license key we provide ensures updates from our servers.

Depending on your license, each purchase includes minimum 365 days of support and updates, starting from the date the order is marked as complete. Without a valid license, you will not be able to download any purchased products. An active subscription is required to access the downloads section.

3. Ownership and Liability

You do not have exclusive ownership or intellectual property rights to any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. Our products are provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be held liable for damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • User accounts and product licenses are non-transferable.
  • If you are a contractor or representative, we encourage your clients to purchase products directly from us to streamline support processes.

5. Warranty

Themefic products are provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. Each product is designed to function correctly with the latest stable version of WordPress. However, compatibility with every third-party plugin cannot be guaranteed due to the vast number of plugins available. Please ensure your browser is compatible with our products, as we cannot guarantee Themefic themes/plugins will function in all browser environments.

Themefic is not responsible for providing stock images or true-type fonts (TTF) included in any provided products. You must obtain or purchase these from their respective owners. Images and videos in demo versions are for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used on production sites.

Our company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

6. Theme and Plugin Updates

The availability of product updates depends on the type of license you have. We do not guarantee that updates will always be made, nor that they will be provided indefinitely. Additionally, we do not guarantee that our products will work on WordPress versions 4.0 or older.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

Themefic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Abusive, unfair, unethical behavior, or excessive negativity.
  • Engaging in activities harmful to Themefic, its team members, or customers.
  • Promoting hacked materials.
  • Fraudulent or unfair purchase of our products.
  • Suspicious activity as determined by Themefic.

9. Price Changes

Themefic reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without notice.

10. Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the buyer’s lifetime. Themefic reserves the right to announce the end of a product’s lifetime with 30 to 90 days’ notice to customers.

11. Anti-fraud

Downloads are available after signing in. However, all customer purchases may undergo a manual anti-fraud review by the payment system. You will receive an email with details regarding your payment. This anti-fraud check is implemented to counteract fraudulent transactions. A customer’s account may be temporarily suspended for manual review for up to 24 hours or longer if further investigation is required.
