UI/UX Designer (Remote)

At Themefic, we are looking for a beginner-level UI/UX Designer who is eager to learn and grow. You will work remotely with our design and development team and support the improvement of our product interfaces. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their design career who wants hands-on experience in real projects.

- Number of Positions: 1
- Office Hours: 40 hours/week; Partially Flexible: Need to work from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Remaining 2 hours can be completed anytime throughout the day.
- Educational Requirements: We don’t really care — as long as you can understand English instructions and think logically.
- Experience: 0–1 Year experiences on UI/UX
- Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 BDT
- Probable Joining Date: March / April 01, 2026
- Work closely with senior designers on ongoing product design tasks
- Help build and maintain our existing design system across products
- Create clean and user-friendly interface layouts
- Share your design ideas clearly with the team
- Take feedback positively and improve your work through revisions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Maintain pixel-perfect consistency in design deliverables
- Use AI design tools to speed up and support your workflow
- Basic understanding of color, typography, and layout principles
- Clear knowledge of UX fundamentals and user-focused thinking
- Familiarity with Figma components, variables, and prototyping
- Willingness to learn, explore, and improve continuously
- Humble attitude and positive mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in assigned tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Please note:
- It is also not suitable for designers who work exclusively on a single platform or tool. You should be comfortable designing across multiple platforms (web products, dashboards, marketing pages, and design systems).
