Review Collection Form

Collect reviews directly from your customers using a built-in submission form. Place the shortcode on any page or post to render a styled form with all the fields your review post type supports: name, designation, company, star rating, review title, review body, and platform source.

New submissions are held as pending by default so you can approve them before they go live — or set `require_approval=”no”` to publish immediately.
